Rules of Engagement

We Hold Each Other Accountable

Park Your Ego
at the Door

Humility is the first rule of Voltage. We all have our faults, and we all have something to learn. Be prepared to learn.

All Givers,
No Takers

You will get more than your fair share of value. But realize, the more you give, the more you get. And you will enjoy the giving even more.

We Don't Blow Smoke

If you want people to politely agree with everything you say, go to the county club. Want to be challenged? Spend the day with us.

Grow or Die

Our CEOs are committed to significant growth. If you’re not planning for the next level, that is fine, but this isn’t the right place for you.

No Foot Draggers

If you know what you need to do, you will be expected to get it done... immediately. Our Motto: “Expedite the Inevitable.”

Absolute Confidentiality

It is non-negotiable. What is said in the room, stays in the room. Always.
No excuses. No exceptions.

Entrepreneurs in Residence

Our Entrepreneurs in Residence Program enables Voltage Members to remain in contact with Voltage Alumni who have successfully grown and sold their businesses. Additionally, each will be available to speak with Members about specific issues that might apply to their expertise and experience.
